The research assesses the current status of emergency exercises for firefighters across 16 provinces, analyzing facilitating and inhibiting factors in training implementation. It delves into evaluation methods for training outcomes, illustrated through a functional exercise at the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting (UFPF), focusing on a landslide scenario. The study also introduces a method for efficiently selecting training scenarios using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, quantifying relationships between rescuers' actions and capabilities in different disaster scenarios.
