| 内容記述 | This study explores the process of nurses' attitude changes in situations of conflict (potentially contradictory decision making). Semi-structured interviews and questionnaire surveys regarding satisfaction levels of self-choice were conducted with seven nurses who had less than 10 years of experience. Results showed that characteristics of nurses' attitudes were classified into five categories and that the issues that arose between comparable intentions tended to be resolved by integrated processing. The five categories that emerged:Ⅰ-① prioritize one policy, Ⅱ-② feel a conflict between both policies, Ⅱ-③ accept both policies and coexist, Ⅲ-④ add modifications to potentially contradictory decisions, Ⅲ-⑤create a new policy that integrates all potentially contradictory decisions. The findings discussed in the paper regard resolution of potentially contradictory decisions through integrated processing in the hopes for deeper understanding and research development of nursing psychology. | |||||||||
