内容記述 | In the urgent context of global climate change and resource depletion caused by human activities, understanding and changing human environmental and health behavior patterns and their mechanisms are the key to solving environmental problems. This study uses multi-dimensional methods such as ZMET technology and CADM integrated mental model to deeply analyze the influence and role of indoor and outdoor design on promoting environmental and health behavior, especially to explore how landscape design and office environment effectively promote individual environmental and health behavior. Overall, this study reveals that design not only significantly influences the behavior patterns of individuals and communities, but also has an irreplaceable role in moving society in a more sustainable direction. The findings highlight the need for multi-dimensional strategies that include effective environmental education, innovative design practices and behavioural science applications in promoting environmental protection and sustainable development. | |||||||
