This study uses multi-dimensional methods such as ZMET technology and CADM integrated mental model to deeply analyze the influence and role of indoor and outdoor design on promoting environmental and health behavior, especially to explore how landscape design and office environment effectively promote individual environmental and health behavior. Overall, this study reveals that design not only significantly influences the behavior patterns of individuals and communities, but also has an irreplaceable role in moving society in a more sustainable direction.
