| 内容記述 | China’s Green Building Evaluation Standard (ESGB) supports the "dual carbon" goals, yet energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality receive relatively less emphasis. This study examines ESGB’s evolution, compares it with international standards, and analyzes seasonal energy consumption and indoor environmental quality through case studies. Additionally, 11 green public buildings are assessed using operational data to evaluate effective energy-saving design elements, incremental costs, and optimization strategies. The findings offer scientific insights and practical guidance for improving sustainability, optimizing energy efficiency, and enhancing indoor environmental quality in public buildings. | |||||||
