| 内容記述 | The energy transition is vital for achieving carbon neutrality. However, integrating renewable energy presents both technical and economic challenges, particularly in ensuring financial viability and aligning the interests of supply- and demand-side stakeholders. This study systematically addresses these issues by investigating the role of green power purchase agreements (PPAs) in driving power sector decarbonization. To navigate uncertainties, we propose a novel deep learning and stochastic optimization approach. Additionally, by introducing a fresh perspective on renewable energy investments, this research examines financial risks that have been largely overlooked in existing studies. The development of a structured PPA framework effectively bridges this research gap. By integrating both supply- and demand-side perspectives, this study aims to establish a flexible, low-risk, and revenue-optimized strategy for advancing the energy transition. | |||||||
