Combining field measurements, numerical simulations, questionnaires, dimensionless modeling, and neural networks, it explores how water bodies and greenery collaboratively mitigate urban heat. Two evaluation models are developed: the SESF model (assessing localized thermal environments based on waterfront distance and effective greening area) and the BGTE model (evaluating overall thermal environments using water area and greening coverage). User thermal comfort surveys establish thermal neutral temperature benchmarks for these models. The research addresses gaps in UBGI synergy mechanisms, providing dual-scale quantitative strategies to optimize blue-green spatial configurations, alleviate heat island effects, and enhance climate-resilient urban planning.
