| 内容記述 | The concept of diversity gained popularity in management literature in the 21st century. Diversity management, a part of human resource management (HRM), plays a significant role in an organization. It is concerned with the recognition, effective deployment, and harmonization of individual employee eccentricity. This study seeks to provide a brief review of diversity management and explore the organizational diversity HRM in Japan. This study delves into the nature of managerial work in Japan in an era of widespread corporate reform and changing HRM practices. There has been a shift in HRM practices from traditional to Western, and several organizations are adopting a diversity approach. Workforce diversity has gathered increasing attention from researchers over the years, and it has become a significant part of public administration as well. This study provides a conceptual understanding and calls attention to the significance of diversity, especially workplace diversity. | |||||||
