| 内容記述 | Under high-quality development, urban planning shifts to inventory renewal, focusing on people's better life needs and regional improvement, to advance Beijing's urban renewal. From SD perspective, this paper clarifies residents' facility needs, explores specific-area public service facility allocation and proposes optimization strategies, of practical significance.Based on SD-related theories, methods and public service facility data, this study sorts out theory, methods and content, defines technical route, and evaluates facility SD coupling around LGH radiation areas. It explores core-area LGH construction's impact on surroundings and planning interaction, reveals their spatial characteristics, and plans to build a "demand-supply-traffic" index system to clarify influencing factors. | |||||||
