| 内容記述 | This study investigates the thermal performance optimization of shell-tube latent heat storage systems with spiral fins. Using RT55 as the phase change material, both experimental and numerical methods are employed to analyze dynamic heat transfer mechanisms and system performance. Heat transfer behaviors of unfinned, annular-finned, and spiral-finned configurations are systematically compared, highlighting the superior performance of spiral fins. To further enhance natural convection, perforated spiral fins with different geometries are designed and tested, revealing improved melting and solidification characteristics. The effects of operating parameters, including heat transfer fluid inlet temperature, flow rate, and system inclination, are comprehensively evaluated. Results demonstrate that optimized spiral fin designs significantly accelerate phase change processes and improve energy storage efficiency. This work provides systematic insights into fin-based heat transfer enhancement strategies and offers practical guidance for engineering applications of latent heat storage systems in building energy conservation and renewable energy utilization. | |||||
