| 内容記述 | This study investigates how urban block morphology influences energy use intensity and photovoltaic (PV) potential through linear and nonlinear methods. After outlining the climate and energy challenges, a bibliometric analysis reviews recent research trends. Indicators of residential cluster morphology are identified, followed by a field study of 96 clusters in Hangzhou. Benchmark models are developed to simulate energy use and PV potential using Honeybee and Ladybug, with results analyzed via orthogonal experiments, correlation, and regression. Multi-objective optimization with a genetic algorithm seeks to minimize energy use, maximize PV output, and improve thermal comfort while considering costs. A Multi-Objective Optimization–Random Forest model is further introduced to integrate machine learning into the optimization process. The study concludes with implications for sustainable urban design and future research on morphology’s role in energy efficiency and renewable generation. | |||||||
