| 内容記述 | This research aimed to investigate the interaction between individuals' pro-environmental behaviors (PEBs) and relocation, bridging the gap in understanding the relationship between urbanization and environmental protection at the micro scale and to take the chance of relocation as a window to enlarge PEBs. To achieve this, the study focused on China, Korea, and Japan, representing a developing country and two developed countries in Asia. The research extensively examined relocation from rural to urban areas and urban to rural areas in these countries. Additionally, different PEBs were compared and analyzed across different contexts. By examining individual environmental attitudes, behaviors, and policy support, this study provides valuable insights for the development of effective environmental protection policies and contribute to global sustainability goals. This study lays the groundwork for future research and decision-making in the field of population relocation and environmental sustainability. | |||||
