| 内容記述 | This study examines stormwater management under China's Sponge City Initiative, focusing on public perceptions and the economic assessment of the environmental benefits offered by sponge city infrastructure. It explores public willingness to pay and assesses various rainwater management strategies, including innovative financing models and rainwater reuse scenarios. By quantifying the economic value of improvements such as water quality enhancement, flood prevention, mitigation of urban heat island effects, and landscape recreation, the study then establishes a new framework for rainwater reuse using an evolutionary game model. This study aims to provide actionable strategies for enhancing the sustainability of urban stormwater systems. The research contributes to both the theoretical and practical dimensions of sustainable urban water management, offering significant insights and recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders engaged in urban environmental planning. | |||||||
