| 内容記述 | 中国の不動産業は急速に発展しており、住宅開発の質向上と住民の福祉の両立が求められています。本研究は定量的手法を用い、住宅空間のレイアウト、室内装飾、移行空間の品質要因が住民の好み、満足度、感情的体験に与える影響を調査し、住民の好みに基づいた都市住宅のインテリアデザイン提案を行います。研究結果はデザイナーや購入者に指針を提供し、開発業者には市場動向の洞察を示すことを目指します。 The real estate industry in China is rapidly developing, necessitating improvements in housing quality while also considering residents' well-being. This study employs quantitative methods to explore the impact of residential space layout, interior decoration, and transitional space quality factors on residents' preferences, satisfaction, and emotional experience. Based on these findings, it proposes urban residential interior design recommendations tailored to residents' preferences. The results aim to provide guidance for designers and homebuyers and offer market insights for developers. | |||||
