| 内容記述 | This study investigates the modification and classification of fly ash using flotation and its application in cement and mortar. Various properties of fly ash are analyzed experimentally. Initially, the effects of dry and wet fly ash on mortar and cement paste after flotation are assessed, excluding the impact of water content. Subsequently, the physical and chemical properties of fly ash at different water-cement ratios are explored using three distinct carbon coals, identifying an optimal water-cement ratio. Furthermore, fly ash properties are examined under varying curing temperatures at a 50% water-cement ratio to determine the best curing temperature based on the reaction rate and calcium hydroxide content. Finally, a new grading method enhances fly ash incorporation into cement paste and mortar. This study aims to improve the usability of fly ash in construction, ensuring better environmental sustainability and cementitious efficiency. | |||||||
