| 内容記述 | This study investigates the impact of indoor acoustic and olfactory environments on university students' psychological and physiological responses using EEG measurements. It aims to elucidate stress recovery mechanisms from both single-factor and multi-factor perspectives. Chapter 1 outlines the research background, emphasizing the importance of indoor environmental quality on students' mental health. Chapter 2 reviews EEG-based studies on acoustic and olfactory environments, highlighting research significance. Chapter 3 establishes an experimental framework for standardized stress recovery analysis. Chapters 4 and 5 examine the effects of different sounds and scents on comfort, brain activity, and stress recovery, emphasizing natural elements. Chapter 6 explores the multisensory influence of biophilic environments on psychological and physiological recovery. Chapter 7 summarizes findings and future directions. This study integrates theoretical and experimental approaches, identifying the neural mechanisms of stress recovery and providing insights for biophilic design.
