| 内容記述 | This study explored emerging characteristics of conflict experiences among nurses. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 7 nurses who had at least five years of work experience, via an interview guide. Analysis of the interview data provided three areas of interest: “conflict experiences in treatment strategy”, “conflict experiences in nursing strategy”, “conflict experiences in nursing services”. The implication is that nurses may tend to perceive a conflict when they are focused on patient care yet they must resolve potential contradictions in treatment strategies and nursing strategies that are not always compatible with the patients' wishes. In addition, conflicting issues tend to rise higher and critically compound when nurses encounter larger numbers of people on the job, and when nurses interact with an increasing number of people from fields that differ from their own. | |||||
