| 内容記述 | This study examines challenges in executing rescue plans for Vietnamese firefighters and devises emergency exercises to bolster their rescue prowess. It starts by synthesizing ideas on emergency exercise design and outlines the theoretical and legal foundation of firefighting exercises in Vietnam. The research assesses the current status of emergency exercises for firefighters across 16 provinces, analyzing facilitating and inhibiting factors in training implementation. It delves into evaluation methods for training outcomes, illustrated through a functional exercise at the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting (UFPF), focusing on a landslide scenario. The study also introduces a method for efficiently selecting training scenarios using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, quantifying relationships between rescuers' actions and capabilities in different disaster scenarios. Finally, it summarizes findings and provides recommendations for further development, emphasizing the enhancement of firefighters' rescue capabilities. | |||||||
